PUBLIC HEARING: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
Rappahannock County, the Scrabble School Preservation Foundation, and the Aging Together Partnership will hold a public hearing on Sunday, Feb. 11, at 2 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Senior Center, 603 Mt. Salem Ave in Washington, VA. The purpose is to solicit public input on local community development and housing needs in relation to Community Development Block Grant funding for a project in our community, the Scrabble School Heritage and Senior Center.
Information on the project, the amount of funding available, the requirements on benefit to low- and moderate-income people, and eligible activities will be available.
