Memorial service for Emily Hilscher scheduled for Saturday at RCHS; Media warned to stay away
A community memorial service to celebrate the life of Emily Hilscher, who died Monday in the mass killings at Virginia Tech University, will be held this coming Saturday at the Rappahannock County High School.
