Judge Jeffrey Parker postponed the scheduled sentencing of convicted murderer Ira Wayne Cloniger Friday morning, after his attorney filed an eleventh-hour motion to declare a mistrial on grounds that the jurors may have heard comments outside the court room that might have prejudiced the verdict.
