Rappahannock Republicans meeting

Rappahannock County Republicans will gather to elect delegates to their congressional and state conventions on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at the Rappahannock County courthouse in Washingnton, VA, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Also, new officers and members of the Republican committee will be chosen for a two-year term.
“Rappahannock County has been a reliably Republican state in presidential elections,” said Walt Longyear, a past GOP county chairman, “But, the dynamics of this year’s election and changes in Rappahannock County requires a major effort to win again.”
