He has been capturing images for almost fifty years throughout the world. Mr. Ferrand’s lecture will take us from the origins of photography through its acceptance as fine art; identifying collections and collectors alone the way with tips on collecting. Among other highlights of his presentation, he will identify the components and workings of the arts community, outline the criteria of fine art, and explain the pros and cons of the presentation and care of fine art photography.
