Benefit Concert at THE LINK at the Schoolhouse in Sperryville
“Y’all come and bring the family” is Ben “Cooter” Jones’s call for the Rappahannock Nonprofit Center’s benefit concert for THE LINK, the new community center at the Schoolhouse in Sperryville. The afternoon celebration features Ben and the Garage Band and “General Lee,” Ben’s beloved orange ’69 Dodge Charger - Ben and the Band play from 1 to 4 and will mingle with folks before and after for ‘tellin’ tales,’ taking pictures and signing autographs. An enthusiastic crowd is expected and everyone is encouraged to bring chairs/blankets for this rain or shine event. There are no advance ticket sales. Gates open at noon, admission is $10 for adults, children 12 and under free, family car rate $25 (2 adults and 2 teens). Food concessions are available and NO ALCOHOL is permitted.
